Brownstown Public Safety Officer Max Faistenhammer was recently severely injured in an off-duty motorcycle crash.  He is currently undergoing medical treatment at a spinal cord injury rehabilitation unit in Colorado.

A fundraiser is being held on July 17 starting at 6 pm at the Germania Club Downriver, 23156 King Road in Brownstown Twp.  Tickets are 20 dollars each.  Donations can be made at any PNC bank (account #4234130009) or they can be mailed to the Thin Blue Line of Michigan at PO Box 425 Howell, MI 48844.
